By accessing or using the LoginWith service ("Service") operated by Little Omega ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

LoginWith provides a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication service that enables websites to integrate user authentication through various identity providers (such as Google, GitHub, and Microsoft) with minimal configuration.

Our Service acts as an intermediary between your website and identity providers, handling the OAuth authentication flow on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or harvest user data without consent

5. Intellectual Property

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party identity providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft, etc.). Your use of these identity providers is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Omega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Omega and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of France.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
